TIA has worked with operators, WorkSafe and MBIE to create this minimum standard. It sets out the minimum requirements for the development of a COVID-19 safety plan. All operators who intend to be open for business under the COVID-19 Protection Framework, or have staff on site, must prepare their plans in accordance with this minimum standard.
Activity Safety Guidelines (ASGs) are for high risk activities including those covered by the Adventure Activities Regulations. They are voluntary guidelines that reflect what the regulator and industry have agreed is good practice for managing safety.
